First Post!

David and I love our business. It has been a fantastic 'life experience' We have met so many wonderful people and made lifetime friends - but now is the time to think about retirement and spending time with our 4 gorgeous little granddaughters. David has recently turned 60 (I am no where near that) Consequently we have placed the business on the market. We will certainly miss the lifestyle, customers, views of Sydenham Inlet and generally living in a pristine part of the country.

We Love Bemm River!! We were lucky enough to have parents who loved this place over 20 years ago and they would bring us here for Holidays as kids...We naturally fell in Love with the Bemm too and now bring our own little families to the area...its beautiful quiet and safe for all ages with lots of fishing, swimming, walking, boating whatever you like and even a top meal and nice Cold one at the Local Pub!! We Love the Lodge and the NEW units and Boat Hire are THE BEST!!! Dave and Rob ya Done Good;-)xx

Hey guys!

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Robyn and David for having created such an oasis of escape. My partner loved this getaway as a 21st gift, and even I enjoyed the fishing ... great views, and fishing, and relaxing ...

Well what can i say except what a gr8 new sight especially the fishing report, thanks Robyn & Dave. We have been regular visitors to the Bemm for um, let me see, quite a long time and have thoroughly enjoyed Dave & Robyn's fine hospitality. Our angling club holds an annual fishing comp here and we are very much welcomed by Robyn, Dave and all the locals. They are lovely people that will do as much as possible to make your stay an enjoyable experience.

After many visits over the last four years it's very hard to come up with a better place to relax & unwind. Your hospitality, advice and friendship make each trip very enjoyable. You're going to have to put up with us for a while longer.

Dave is such a helpful person and a pleasure to talk to, all the time. Robyn, I love your website and the very timely fishing reports. It's on my list of favourites. I often refer the website to other people. I was hoping to catch up with you Robyn, but you were very busy with the Calcutta on Melbourne Cup eve down at the pub.

Thanks for yet another fantastic trip with fishing.
Hardest thing to do there is leave to come home. Your hospitality is unequalled and the facilities are great. Better than home.
Congrats on the award and the new web site.
Also I'm sorry for leaving the kitchen missus. I also promise to listen to the chick ti*s (oops typed to fast) tips more.

Have been fishing at the Bemm for some 20 years now originally stopping at Alcheringa prior to your arrival(Graham & Bev) ands now Bemm River Holiday Accomodation and Boat Hire.
Always enjoyed talking to the both of you during my stays and appreciated the friendly atmosphere that you have created.

Just got back from the Bemm, staying with Dave and Robyn who make the place more than just a great place to fish..The best accommodation , service , and hospitality ,,,Dave & Robyn always make you feel at home and at ease, ,you could not ask for more ,,tar guys ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Meet them once , friends for life..!!
